RDES utilizes FieldFlo — a real-time field management platform — to track safety compliance, project progress, crew locations, and equipment status. The platform provides project managers with project budget dashboards for real-time cost tracking, and delivers monthly safety training videos while tracking employee training progress and certifications across the organization.
What is EMR 0.47?
The Experience Modification Rate (EMR) measures a company's workers' compensation claims history relative to the industry average of 1.0. Our EMR of 0.47 means RDES is more than twice as safe as the average contractor — saving clients money on insurance and reducing project risk.

Greener by Design
In partnership with the Winding Creek Recycling Facility, RDES diverts 30% of all construction and demolition waste from landfills — with a goal of reaching 75%. We separate, track, and document all recyclable materials including concrete, steel, wood, and mixed debris.
