RDES, Inc. was founded in 2021 by Dan Woeste and Mark Rumpke — two industry veterans who saw an opportunity to build a demolition and environmental contracting company the right way. Starting from a clear-eyed vision of what clients actually need: safety-first execution, transparent communication, and sustainable practices.

In just a few years, RDES has grown from a startup to a 55+ person team operating across six states. We've earned our reputation through flawless safety performance, sophisticated project management, and a commitment to sustainability — diverting 30% of all C&D waste from landfills in partnership with Winding Creek Recycling Facility, with a goal of reaching 75%.
